Lantern is a team of Chartered Building Surveyors helping businesses navigate the technical complexities of property with confidence. Founded in 2021, the RICS-registered firm was built on a simple idea: building surveying should do more than just identify problems. After years in large consultancies, the directors recognised a gap in the market for faster, more practical, solution-focused advice, particularly for clients making time-critical decisions.
