We are a charity based in Sunderland that supports disabled children, young people and their families through a wide range of different services such as counselling, youth groups, work experience and much more.
At Grace House we aim to support the whole family and our diverse range of services allow us to do that. For us to continue providing the services that we provide, we rely on the generosity of the local community whether that is individuals or local businesses.

I am the fundraiser here so I have a range of day to day tasks all centred around raising funds so the charity can continue providing it’s services. I organise all things fundraising from our clothes recycling scheme or planning our annual ball.
