Formed in 1998 to supply digital technology in North East England, Digital Office Solutions has established a long and enviable reputation within the digital technology industry.

Spending the early years in managed print, a truly adaptable company, we are now able to supply hardware, software and document management services that match the needs of any business large or small. Print, visitor and meeting room management, document solutions, data backup or interactive touchscreens; our team of experts can advise on them all – our approach consultative and ethical and our propositions clear in concept and financially transparent.

Hi, I’m James from Digital Office Solutions. We’ve been a member of North East Network for a couple of years and love the variety of event, locations and people that we meet. If we haven’t met yet please reach out for a chat, I’d love the chance to meet you and learn more about your business.

My role as Regional Sales Manager is to look after our existing clients and to introduce potential new clients to our fantastic range of products and services. I have a strong track record of helping customers on their digital journey, most already have some great practices in place but my experience and expertise of working in this fast-paced and ever changing industry means I can help you to streamline existing processes, improve facilities or reduce costs.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf (weather permitting), watching films and spending time with my wife Becky and two young children Elizabeth and Lucy. I love my job and I’m very lucky to work for a company that understands the importance of a healthy work/life balance and allows me the flexibility to juggle much needed family time with an exciting and busy work schedule.

Hi, my name is Lee, I’m a regional sales manager for Digital Office Solutions Ltd and have been in my role since 2014. As part of my role, I look after existing accounts ensuring the highest level of service, cost control and software solutions. I’m also always happy to meet me businesses to review their solutions to offer improvements where possible. In most cases we offer a cost saving, but we always deliver professional honest advice. Digital Office Solutions have a fantastic reputation across the North East and beyond of providing and maintaining comprehensive print management for over 25 years and have embraced the ever changing world of tech by introducing a range products from visitor management systems to Interactive screens and everything in between meaning if you have any hardware or software based requirements we would be able to help.

When I’m not at work I enjoy watching football, walking around golf courses (hitting the occasional ball) and socialising with friends.
