Established in 2009, A Crow Management Services Ltd t/a Crow Property Services specialise in Commercial Property Facilities Management and Services, including all aspects of maintenance, both reactive and proactive, refurbishment and dilapidations.
Our aim is to work with commercial landlords to maximise the value of their investment, and to offer a bespoke package tailored to be the first point of contact for both landlord and tenant. Based in Houghton le Spring, we are well placed to deliver our services across the North East Region.

With over 20 years\’ experience in the commercial property sector, and a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace Management. Andrew is an experienced Facility Manager previously employed, working in the Commercial sector as a Deputy Shopping Centre Manager, Operations Manager for two Shopping Centre Schemes and Facilities Manager for a national portfolio of Retail Parks, and local office and warehouse premises.
Having worked with respected clients with previous employers, Andrew made the decision to create his own business to deliver a complete package and offer cost effective solutions whilst maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
