Monika has come from Recruitment and Training background where she recruited for internal vacancies and trained workers in Manual Handling, Health and Safety and Forklift operation.
Starting as an account manager, Monika quickly rose to oversee some of Central’s major food clients, expanding her department and making successful hires along the way. Her dedication and leadership led her to push ahead into the automotive team, where she nurtured strong relationships with both her team and clients, fostering internal growth and success. Monika is now responsible for overseeing our automotive department and runs it with precision and excellence.
